CHARDONNAY
Chardonnays tend to be dry white wines with medium to strong intensity. They contain ripe fruit flavors ranging from apples to melon and have a smooth buttery texture. This grape variety holds up well with salmon and chicken dishes.

SAUVIGNON BLANC
A crisp wine with strong ripe fruit flavors such as peaches or apricots. Sauvignon Blanc can also contain herbal grassy flavors mixed with green fruits. Its high acidity helps it stand up to more complex dishes such as the kotopolo. vegetarian moussaka. chicken souvlaki. makaronada. & salmon.

PINOT GRIGIO
This dry white wine is light in intensity with a crisp texture. It usually contains aromas and flavors of green apple sometimes with a hint of nutty flavors This wine is best paired with dishes such as salads. grilled chicken, vegetarian dishes, and very light seafood.

RIESLING
A delicate grape with flavors characteristically ranging from peaches. apricots, apples, and pears. One of the sweeter varietals, Riesling can be enjoyed on its own or paired with salads. spanakopita, and cheese dishes.

VIOGNIER
Although sweeter than others. this variety stands up to heavier foods better than most white varietals. Smooth and full bodied, Viognier has a velvety mouth feel containing ripe almost tropical fruit flavors.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

MERLOT
